Race Sound secures top motorbike exhaust brand TERMIGNONI

| TERMIGNONI is a champion rider’s choice and its trademark stands for victory; with its 8 MotoGP and 16 SBK world titles counted amongst only a few of their total of 52 World Titles shared between riders and constructors achievements ranging from Endurance races to the Paris - Dakar rally raid. Founded in 1969 by Mr. Luigi Termignoni, TERMIGNONI S.p.A. is a Company that designs and creates motorbike exhaust systems for race and road use at the highest levels. The experience gained in these years on the race tracks has been transferred also to the aftermarket products giving a high level performance. The company's object is to develop exhaust systems that offer always an increase of performances in terms of power and/or weight. All TERMIGNONI exhausts start life off in the R&D Department, who create the prototypes of the exhaust systems for both the MotoGP, Moto2 and SBK racing as well as the aftermarket. After this, the Racing Department and the Production Department start the process basing on the technical information received by the R&D Department. This makes sure of winning results. |

TERMIGNONI uses the most recent technologies. MIG and TIG welding, Dynojet dynamometers with ventilation system to simulate the air speed near to 300 Km/h, 3D laser cutting with robot, 2D - 3D CAD system designs and 3D profile detector. The exhaust systems are all created, from the technical project until the final shipment, in TERMIGNONI, with the use of materials like; Stainless Steel, Alloy, Carbon, Titanium and Inconel (Inconel is only used for some racing products). |
