Pricing, Images & Video:

Prices listed are a guide, exclude local transport, are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and therefore may change without notice. In some cases, not all options from our range are shown; we thus recommend requesting for an official Race Sound quotation to be sure of exact costings and options. Furthermore all images and in some cases video are strickly used to best help you visualise or hear the product and may be slightly different from actual.

Fitment:

Fitment can be fulfilled by your respective local dealership, specialist fitment agents in many cases like Hi-Q, Speedy, Powerflow etc or can be done by your own specified mechanic done in conjunction with Race Sound. In most cases, the system provided reuses the original mountings and is "bolt-on bolt-off", however in some cases, fitment does require cutting and re-welding, depending on the system taken. Fitment and fitment costs are not carried by Race Sound as we are the importer/distributor solely.

To include fitment in your total investment, add approximately 1 to 3 hours at an estimated rate of R825/hour (approx dealership rates).

Quotation Policy:

All quotes are valid for 14 days from date of quotation, after which a new quotation will be required.

Delivery Policy:

As our systems are custom made to suit, delivery date is variable and factory stock dependent. All efforts will be made to deliver within 30 days of confirmation of first payment (deposit) received.

Payment policy:

Full payment, or 60% deposit on order and outstanding 40% prior to delivery, depending on uniqueness of system ordered. Confirmation of payment(s) should be emailed to our info address. Race Sound is currently a non vat vendor .i.e. VAT is not charged.  Please ensure you add Vat to your final invoice if you are a Vat vending reseller.

Return / replacement policy:

Due to the nature of the import/distribution model Race Sound follows, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct product is ordered and purchased. Race Sound will assist as best possible to help mitigate risks, but can not be held accountable for errors. Where errors arise due to incorrect factory supply, Race Sound will facilitate to correct these in a timely manner. In certain cases, invoiced orders confirmed by deposit payment may be cancelled prior to import; however product already delivered may not be returned, and will not be refunded. Race Sound will endeavour to assist in the resale of used and/or new product that originated from; one of its product ranges, and as sold by Race Sound.
